Branding and visual identity

We develop a company’s visual identity, including the logo, colours, typography, and graphic elements, brought together into a cohesive system. We consider how it will be applied across the website, social media, presentations, printed materials, and other communications.

A brand starts not with a logo, but with an understanding of how a company should look and be perceived across different communications. We create a cohesive visual system: a logo, colour palette, typography, and guidelines for applying them across the website, documents, social media, and other materials. If a website is being developed at the same time, the brand and interface are designed as one cohesive system.

How a visual system helps your business

From the logo to the layout of a proposal, small details add up to the impression a company is judged on before the first conversation.

  • Recognition

People recognise the company by its mark, colour and typography even where the name is not the first thing they see.

  • Coherence

The website, a proposal, a sign and a social post all look like parts of one system.

  • Trust

Consistent presentation reads as a sign of an organised business, and it shapes the choice between you and a competitor.

  • Faster work

Ready rules and files remove the need to agree every layout from scratch: a supplier receives a system rather than a list of preferences.

  • Distinction

The visual direction is set with an eye on how competitors look, so the company does not blend into the sector background.

  • A basis for the website

An approved identity becomes the starting point for the site design, with no second discussion about style.

What's included in the branding service?

The scope depends on the current state of the brand and the number of materials where the visual identity will be used.

How we work

01

Research

We study the business, the audience, the positioning and the visual field of the sector.

02

Direction

We present several visual directions and agree the character of the system to come.

03

Development

We refine the logo, colour palette, and typography and test them on real materials: the website, documents, and print.

04

Handover

We prepare all the necessary files in the required formats, along with a brand guide with usage guidelines.

Pay for what the brand actually needs

Branding can be commissioned on its own or together with a website. Built together, identity and interface are designed as one system.

Branding and identity

from 600 €

A visual identity for a new company, or a refresh of the one you have.

Best suited for: A new company, or a refresh of an existing identity

  • Logo and brand mark
  • Colour palette and typography
  • Core brand book with usage rules
  • Source files in vector format

What the price depends on

The price depends not on how many logo options are shown, but on the depth of the system and the number of jobs it has to do.

  • Current basis

A new brand and a refresh of an existing identity call for different amounts of research and decision-making.

  • Number of materials

Website, documents, social media, packaging, vehicles and print materials all extend the system.

  • Depth of the rules

A small company manages with a basic set; once several people are producing materials, detailed guidelines are needed.

  • Link to the website

When brand and website are built at the same time, the work follows one plan with no gap between the stages.

Questions about branding

Can I order just a logo?

Yes. If you only need a logo, we can develop one separately. However, a complete visual identity usually also includes a colour palette, typography, and guidelines for their use.

How many options do you present?

The number of concepts depends on the project and is agreed before work begins. We do not aim to present as many options as possible. Instead, we develop several well-considered directions and select the one that best fits the brand.

Can you preserve the recognisability of an existing brand?

Yes. If a brand already has recognisable elements, we determine what should be retained and what can be improved or updated. This allows the visual identity to evolve without losing its recognisability.

Is it better to develop the brand and website together?

If the brand is being updated at the same time as the website, it is better to develop them together. This allows the visual identity to be integrated into the website design from the start and avoids duplicated work. If the visual identity already exists, the website is designed around the existing brand.

What is a brand guide, and do I need one?

A brand guide contains guidelines for using the logo, colours, typography, and other elements of the visual identity. It is especially useful when different specialists or contractors work on the company's materials.

Are source files included?

Yes. The set of files and formats provided is agreed before the project begins. Once the visual identity is approved, you receive all the necessary files for future use.
